In the event of a natural disaster we will post emergency catastrophe telephone numbers and “cat number” for reporting of claims due to the storm or other natural disaster.  We will also post alternate telephone numbers to reach our office in the event that our main lines are unavailable.

Tropical Storm or Hurricane Damage Reporting

If you experience damage to your property from a named storm, please take whatever emergency steps are necessary to minimize any further damage. If you need to report a claim, please use the telephone numbers or web links found here that pertain to the company that insures your property. This will speed up the processing time for your claim.

If the company insuring your property is not listed on this website and their direct claims number is not shown on your policy, please call the Stahl & Associates office that services your account. In the event of a storm, we will experience a large volume of calls after the storm passes. We will make every attempt to handle all claims in the order received; however, we hope you understand that claims involving severe property damage or total loss will be handled on a priority basis.
